All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payments through approved channels shared during order placement. Full payment must be received before dispatch for most orders unless otherwise agreed.
4. Orders & Shipping
Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person at our Delhi office. Shipping timelines vary by region and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external logistics partners.
5. Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or replacements in case of damage during transit, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We do not accept returns for used products or change-of-mind after delivery.
6. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Bulk and B2B orders are handled with personalized quotes, payment terms, and dispatch arrangements. Customized product requests may have additional lead time. GST invoices and trade documentation are available on request.
